Entry #6

Well as promised here are the pictures of the rust…not pretty but fixable.

I have already made some progress in removing the rust and cut out the large corroded area where the rust has ate a hole in the floor board. Just have to finish removing the rust with a wire brush wheel and then patch the hole.

Also I found a set of mint condition tail lights in a junkyard for 20 bucks, so sweet score there. Now I am going to take the old ones out and try experimenting with a mod idea I had for it and see if it works out.

I have struck…RUST!

Yeah, finally got around to gutting the interior today and I discovered rust. Now I knew there was a rest hole, and so knew some patching had to be done. What I didn’t know was how freakishly big the hole is. However I can still patch it though, so still now to big of a problem.

I will have to post pictures another time, as it is getting late now and seem to have some difficulty getting them to upload.
